Payments

• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. You can pay with any UPI app, a card or net banking.
• We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank details.
• The amount you enter is the amount you pay. Please check it before you continue.

Receipts

• After a successful payment you are brought back to this website and shown a receipt with a reference number.
• Keep the reference number (and the payment ID, if shown). Quote it whenever you contact us about a payment.

Cancellations & refunds

• If a payment fails or is cancelled, you are normally not charged. If money was deducted without a confirmation, it is returned by your bank, usually within a few working days.
• For a refund request, contact us with your reference number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time taken depends on your bank.

Your data

• This page keeps only the amount and reference of the current payment in your browser, for a short time, so it can show your receipt.
• It has no tracking, advertising or analytics. See the Privacy policy.
